Free readiness check

Start with the regulator that will assess your application.

Your selection changes the regulator guidance shown with the result. It does not change the scoring or send information to Complynce.

How scoring works

Ready = 2 points, In progress = 1, Not started or unsure = 0. A critical item that is not ready prevents a strong result.

Readiness checker FAQ

Understand what the result means.

Is the readiness checker an official provider approval assessment?

No. It is an independent preparation tool developed by Complynce. It is not issued, endorsed or scored by ACECQA or a state or territory regulatory authority.

Does a strong score mean provider approval will be granted?

No. The score only reflects the responses entered against common preparation areas. The relevant regulatory authority independently assesses the application, people, evidence and any required knowledge step.

What does the checker assess?

It reviews the application pathway, people and governance, fitness and propriety, practical NQF knowledge and submission readiness. It does not assess a particular service premises or replace service approval and CCS requirements.

Are checker responses stored by Complynce?

No. The checker runs in the browser and does not submit or save the selected jurisdiction or responses. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the result.
