Independent product

The Complynce Early Learning and Child Care Provider Approval Practice Assessment is an independent commercial product for education and care provider approval preparation under the NQF. Complynce is not ACECQA, a state or territory regulatory authority, an authorised officer, or a provider approval decision-maker.

The product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or produced for ACECQA or any state or territory regulatory authority.

No official or confidential questions

Practice questions and scenarios are independently developed from publicly available legislation, regulations and guidance. They are not official provider approval questions and are not represented as reproductions of any confidential regulator assessment, interview or application material.

A similarity in topic reflects the public regulatory framework, not access to a regulator question bank.

No guarantee of approval or readiness

A score, result or improvement recommendation does not establish that a candidate is fit and proper, has adequate knowledge, will satisfy a regulatory authority or will receive provider or service approval.

Regulatory authorities determine applications using legislation, prescribed information, individual circumstances, history, evidence and any assessment process they consider relevant.

General educational information only

The product and its feedback provide general educational information. They are not legal, regulatory, financial, business or professional advice and should not be used as the sole basis for an application, governance decision or compliance response.

Candidates should use current primary sources, regulator instructions and independent advice appropriate to their circumstances and jurisdiction.

Legislative currency and jurisdiction differences

Question sets identify a legislative currency date, but the National Law, National Regulations, jurisdiction-specific provisions, forms, fees and regulator processes can change. Complynce does not warrant that every question reflects a change made after the stated currency date.

Before relying on a topic, confirm the current National Law and National Regulations as they apply in the relevant state or territory and review the latest ACECQA and regulatory-authority material.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own preparation, the accuracy and completeness of any application, identification of persons with management or control, supporting evidence, professional advice and ongoing compliance obligations.

Use results as a revision signal: review the reasoning, return to primary sources and test whether you can apply the requirement to unfamiliar scenarios rather than memorising an answer.
